WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We ship out 2 times a week so please allow for 5-7 business days for your order to hit the mail stream. We often get orders out much faster, but it really depends on the amount in the queue so we buffer that anticipated timeline.
Please keep in mind that once a label is created it simply means the label was created. It does not mean that your order was shipped as the label creation is part of the 5-7 business days. It may take a couple days for you to see the package being scanned.
If your order includes a pre-order item, please refer to the product listing for all product and shipping timeline information. Pre-order and in stock items purchased in the same order will ship when the pre-order item is in stock.

If you choose to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier without contacting us first, please understand that we will unfortunately be unable to help you at that stage and you will be at the mercy of the shipping carrier.

We do our best to keep all product listings up to date with pertinent information as well as posting to our Instagram (@thethreadsoffate) and sending out newsletters. If we have the answer, so will you!
HELP! I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN ORDERING AND I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS!
Email us ASAP! In the subject, please write "URGENT - SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE". As long as we haven't shipped your order, we can change your shipping :) If your order is already in transit, please contact the Shipping Carrier directly to arrange for an address changed.
I ORDERED A PRE ORDER DECK AND AN IN STOCK ITEM, WHY HASN'T MY ORDER SHIPPED?
If you order a pre order item with an in stock item in the same order, your order will ship once both items are in stock. If you would like to receive the in stock item sooner, please place two separate orders.
