FAQ / RESTOCK INFO
About inventory and Restocks:
Journeyer Deck (holographic background) - We are not sure when we will be able to place another order for this deck. The absolute earliest will be 2/15 with a restock date of 3/25.
The Original Oracle (vibrant + colorful deck with square box) - We gave about 200 left, once these are gone they will not be made again.
I DM'ed you on instagram about my order and have not gotten a response.
The best way to contact us is through our email firstname.lastname@example.org. As our community has grown larger, keeping up with direct messages on our social platforms has become difficult. We receive dozens of messages a day! Even if we do get to your message in a timely manner, keeping track of it and making sure your needs are met is challenging. I know it can be anxiety inducing when you do not receive a response right away, but we are a small operation with 1 full-time employee and 1 part-time, it can take up to 48 hours for us to get back to you. If the issue is urgent (ie: changing an address, getting an order rushed, ordered wrong item) please put URGENT in the subject.
Please do not message us on multiple platforms, this takes up more of our valuable time : )
When will I receive my order?
Our standard handling times are 4-5 business days. We often get orders out first or second day, but if we have an influx of orders, it may take a couple longer days. This is the timeline we can guarantee. The shipping time is not included in the handling times. It is 2-3 days for the U.S. and up to 2 weeks internationally. I am international and it has been longer than 2 weeks.
Bummer! While it most often takes 2 weeks, it can take longer depending on your country's mail system and how long it takes to get through customs. Unfortunately, we have no power in making this process go faster. We cannot contact international postal offices nor customs. Please email us directly if it has been longer than 4 weeks since it was shipped and we will make sure the issue is resolved.
There is a card misprint or damage.
Unfortunately this sometimes happens, when placing an order for a few thousand decks, a few will be bound to have some imperfections. We will make sure you get replacement cards or a product that is 100%. Please be nice to us about this - we have zero control over this part and always rectify it : ) E-mail email@example.com to get this resolved and include images of the manufacturer defect.
I am interested in wholesale, how can I place an order?
At the moment, we are out of wholesale inventory. We will be sending out a newsletter when we are taking new orders for it. Please sign up for the newsletter HERE - even if you have placed a wholesale order with us previously.
